Thank you for your continued support of PayPal.Following Policy Update on 10th May 2018, this is a gentle reminder that the fee for withdrawing funds to a U.S. bank account has been changed to $35 USD per withdrawal.

The change will only impact withdrawing to a U.S. bank account, which we have been offering as a premium and unique service. There is no change in fees for making a wire transfer in USD to a bank account in China.

之前把paypal美元提现到payoneer为的就是省这35美元的手续费，现在已经没什么意义了，提现至关联的美国银行账户的费用已调整为每笔收费35美元，并已正式生效。
